I chose this hotel based on the reviews, and it exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Our room was so quiet and balcony had a lovely view of the river. Hotel is extremely convenient to the convention center. Only 2 minor issues: wifi was spotty and our room was extremely hot due to thermostat being close to balcony so heat kept running, but once we realized and turned the temp to 65 degrees we were comfortable. Cannot comment on breakfast because we had to leave too early every morning. Excellent hotel for the price! We would definitely stay here again

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Great Stay"
We decided to take a few days of spring break to visit Tennessee. Booked our room last minute. Was glad we chose this location. The price was very reasonable. We actually spent a few extra dollars for the king suite with fireplace. This would be an excellent room for couples. The pull out couch was not comfortable but was expected. The free breakfast was great compared to some, with a large assortment of options. Will stay again if I return to the area.
"Quick stop for a gymnastics meet"
We stayed here for a gymnastics meet that was located in Knoxville. It was off season and the price was awesome. Only a 30 minute drive to downtown Knoxville from this location. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and service was great when we checked in. Plenty close to our favorite places to eat in pigeon forge.
"Great hotel for the price"
My daughter and I stayed here the first weekend in March. We were in town for a dance competition, and we chose it because it was close to the Sevierville Convention Center. The hotel has some newly renovated rooms on the third floor, and we were fortunate to stay in one of them. The room was lovely and reasonably priced. The free continental breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
"Great"
A very nice facility, well furnished, well staffed, clean & quiet. This was a combined business/pleasure trip during the 'off' season when we were lucky enough to have very pleasant weather that allowed us to enjoy some of the outdoor activities and beauty of the area.
"Great!"
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. What I like most about it was the fact that I got a non-smoking room and I didn't smell cigarette smoke. The breakfast was delicious every morning. I would recommend it to anyone!
"Look no further!"
This is the best hotel in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. The rooms are a great price (and superb military rate), breakfast is outstanding. My family says I'm a hotel snob and this is one of the cheapest I've stayed at. I found it out of desperation. Truly the best. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, suites are beautiful and reasonably priced, area is safe. Best choice look no further.
"Wonderful place to stay"
We stayed Oct 23 & 24th. We had a very nice room with two beds, refrigerator, and sitting area. The breakfast is also good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In the last 6 years we had stayed in three hotels prior to finding the Clarion Inn Willow River. The last five times we have been to the Sevierville area, we have stayed at the Clarion Inn Willow River.
"Great Stay!"
October 24-27 for $400.00. This included all fees that hotels add to the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. Extra sink was very nice. We stayed in room 105 and it was very quiet. This could be due to the fact that school was still in session and there were no kids at the hotel until Friday. LOL. Good selection for breakfast. I was not a fan of the eggs, (hubby said they might be powdered eggs) because I like mine scrambled, not flat omelet style. Bacon was a little overcooked. Like having a choice of one big waffle or 4 small waffles. Coffee in 3 strengths (mild was plenty strong for me). They did a great job of keeping the breakfast bar full. Indoor pool and hot tub. Only a 20 or 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, depending on traffic. Hotel is a little bit dated, but clean. Tiny balcony, but no view of the mountains from our room on first floor.
"Quality Time"
The staff there is very attentive to every question. Fireplace in the room perfect for a memorable pics. The room was very cozy. My husband is 6'5", we relaxed in the Jetted tub together. Didn't get to use the lazy river, maybe next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Quiet!!!
"Time share presentation"
This is an exceptional hotel. We were able to stay 3 nights and this area is close too many attractions. The suite was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, had a nice southern balcony and Gone With the Wind feel. We were on the first floor. Room had 2 setting areas w/fire place, hot tub, 2TV's. Will definitely stay here again.
"Loved it!"
When I booked this hotel, I was super excited about the prospect of staying in the place we had 18 years prior when I was a kid. And to my surprise and delight, nothing here has changed. The hotel is still neat and clean, the staff are friendly, the rooms are a great size, and the over all feel of the hotel puts you at ease. The complimentary breakfast is huge, the indoor and outdoor pools are very nice, and the view around the place is phenomenal. The only draw back for me was the wifi connection. Although for the most part it was fine, I would have trouble getting a connection sometimes. I work on my computer a lot, so wifi is important. Other than that, it was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
"A river view and excellent room"
I booked early and asked for a river view room and received it. From our balcony, I could sit and watch the water go by and enjoy the hours after a busy day in Pigeon Forge. An excellent staff to check you in and wait on you, an equally excellent breakfast and a great room makes this Clarion an excellent choice for the traveler. Located 4-5 Miles outside of town, there is very little noise like there is if you stay on the strip. An excellent experience!
"Will definitely stay again"
My family and I go to the mountains every few months to relax. We loved this hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. They have updated the bedding from the pictures that were previously posted. We will be coming back to the mountains in March and will definitely be staying here again.
"Excellent property"
We love this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and always well maintained and clean. The elegant lobby gives a great first impression. The lobby is open and you can see all three levels. The breakfast area is on the second level and open to the lobby. Lots of windows in the breakfast area make an enjoyable view while eating. Breakfast is above average for hotel breakfast. One morning included bacon. The pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The hotel is professionally decorated. Employees are very friendly. The only negative is the location is away from all the attractions. A short 5 to 6 mile drive to Pigeon Forge. No restaurants within walking distance. The suites include a hot tub for two and a fireplace. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river
"A great stay"
I want to say that the maintenance department went above and beyond the call of duty my fixing our concern with the air conditioning unit! The front desk was also great about helping us with our air flight plans. The room was clean and QUIET. I have never experienced before how the room kept the outside noise from reaching us. We slept wonderfully every night that we were there for four nights. Great breakfast too! We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Keep up the good work with the service that you provide.
"Really great!"
We didn't get to utilize all the amenities at this hotel but would definitely stay here again. Room was fabulous and actually had two sinks, which was great for both of us getting ready at the same time. Only stayed one night but if itinerary would have allowed, would have stayed another night. Bed was super comfortable. Front desk had told us they were new. Our room also had a sitting area and a small balcony. Indoor pool and hot tub open 24/7 and we utilized both. Outdoor Pool and lazy river were outside so that wasn't an option for us in mid-September. Business center with one computer on third floor, laundry area on third floor, breakfast on the second floor but we didn't go so I can't tell you about it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.
"Very Nice Hotel With Clean Pool & Lazy River"
We booked this hotel when we were going with some friends and got adjoining rooms. I was very surprised when we pulled up and saw the hotel because we had booked this just on price, but I didn't really look at many pictures of the hotel. Check in was super easy and the breakfast was good enough to fill us up for our adventures. Our last day we decided to hang around the hotel a bit and play in the pool and lazy river. The hotel provides the floats and the current is enough to get you moving around easily. We will definitely come back.
"Great Place To Stay"
This motel outside of Sevierville Tn. is a beautiful place to stay ..The rooms are very comfortable and quiet .. The access in and out is pleasant and the staff is great .. Easy access to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge and near Smoky Mountain Knife Works ..Excellent place to stay
"Always a Great stay at the Clarion Inn - Willow River"
While on vacation in the Pigeon Forge Area this summer, we again stayed at the Clarion in Sevierville. Again we were not disappointed We stayed on the third floor. Upon check-in, one can notice the new and modern upgrades from the older dark wood by the new owners. Don't worry, they still have the southern plantation feel and great staff. We always feel welcomed at the Clarion. The breakfast area is one of the tops and I understand is being improved with a possible future breakfast bar. Our bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The pool area, both outdoor and indoor were always clean and welcoming as well as the hot tub, and the lazy river. Even though the hotel was full, it was quiet. The hotel is in a not-so-congested section in Sevierville of the Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg visitor area, but is convenient to all the attractions, Cades Cove, Dollywood, Parrots Mountain, Smokey Mountains, Bush's Bean Factory, restaurants, The Island, and other tourist attractions. The price for the room is very competitive for the area. So yes, we will be back. P.S. If you ask, you may even have a river view room.
"End of summer weekend getaway"
Beautiful place to stay. Very accommodating staff. Awesome outdoor pool with a lazy river, which our 9 yr old gave a 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. Also an indoor pool and hot tub that our 16 yr old thoroughly enjoyed. Great continental breakfast. We had a travel nightmare prior to our arrival at the Clarion Willow River. Vicki at the front desk was friendly, kind and understanding and assisted us at 5 am. The next night we saw her again after we were out seeing the sights and met her daughter who also worked there. We felt very comfortable and were treated like family. Our stay was relaxing and we will be back the next time we travel to Pigeon Forge. Perfect example of Southern Hospitality. Thank you!!
